that you went from feeling bloated to having a flat six pack?
This just happened the second week in a row. Something about Friday, man.
Rendering the men's room unusable for the better part of an hour is a powerful feeling, especially when I walk out and the waft of my stankage hits the receptionist in the face as she walks by and she comments later on how bad it stinks downstairs.
Dumping carne asada in the terlit is all that I have to offer the lunge at this time. I love and miss you guys.

APM is over 50, so maybe it is an age thing, but since I started going harder on the weights at your suggestion (a good one), I have noticed I have to take a day or two off. I usually just listen to my body and the day off is usually Thursday or Friday. This week it will be today, since I went hard last night.
Any pro tips on rest days?

5 days a week, no cardio

during a bulk. Eat 3500 burn 3000.
3-4 days a week during a cut. Some walking and HIIT. Eat 2500-2700 burn 3000.
I'm at a plateau right now. Calories and workout intensity have been down and I've stalled. Started back yesterday evening getting back on it.

The only thing finer is when someone timely swings the door open as your loudly spraying feece, so that the receptionist you eventually waft your odor by also hears what goes down in the mens room.

Strong work, but I had a patient once who simply urinated and managed to send the upstairs billing staff outside heaving.
Had a lady in the lobby puke.
I can only imagine what would have happened had he laid a deuce also.

IBS, and I cant stay away from fried foods and caffeine. so it has become a running joke at work that no one goes into the bathroom within 30 minutes of me going in there. works out on my favor though, I don't have to worry about those weirdos who will come and poop in the next stall over. even though there are 2 more they can choose from!!!!
