$103.5m on basketball in 6-8yrs

So this includes Men's, Women's Basketball and Women's Gymnastics. 13 schollies for each basketball team and 12 for Gymnastics. Total of 38 annual schollies with only 13 of them that should make money for the school. This breaks down to $2.7m per annual schollie since 2016.
Using same philosophy of investments for 85 football annual schollies that produces 95% of school sports revenue breaks down to $670k per schollie.
Anyone that complains about Clemson's investment in Basketball has lost their marbles. The amount of ROI on the $103.5m will have to be amortized until 2093AD.
How can we improve the amortization? Not losing to Moorehead St would be a start.

Well I am just a simple math man, since Gymnastics is just being added the numbers for bball investment per schollie would be greatly higher but Neff wouldn't tell me the amount of investment $$ apportioned to the gymnasts so I lumped it all together.
But in my deep dive into these expenditures, it seems like my analysis leads me to one point that could exponentially change the ROI. But I am a simple math man.
Please correct as needed.

Hmmmm. Those "crying" about lack of investment were spot on.
Prior to 2016, clemson had the worst facilities in the ACC, worst financial support in the ACC, and worst basketball history in the ACC. All the while our id!ot fans expected consistent top 4 finishes in the ACC, something that no coach has attained at clemson. Its why duke will never be a consistent winner in football.
Luckily, our current AD realizes that financial support matters and is continuing to keep us competitive.

My comments on the OP were about the characterization of the investments not about Brownell or Dabo. My position on that is, as it has always been, that I support all of the coaches and teams at Clemson; as should everyone else who calls themselves Clemson fans. I’m pretty sure that all of your comments about current and previous Clemson football coaches are just troll jobs because it amuses you to irritate some of the more easily flustered members on this site. Whether you’re serious or not is irrelevant because you portray yourself publicly as an detractor, not supporter, of the football program. While your shenanigans don’t trigger me, they also don’t amuse me; so, I’ll just let you be and continue to ignore the comments you make unless they are directed at me.

You seem to be a bit flustered? Comments about the football coaches? Detractors of football? Actually, I never name basketball coaches eithwr but I do think we should have made a change as I am not happy with mediocrity in the program. And you definitely can't question my fandom so your analysis is likely wrong. Sorry!
