A Sovereign Wealth Fund is a government-owned investment fund that holds and manages money, usually from surplus revenues like oil profits or trade surpluses.
The idea is to use it to invest in stocks, bonds, real estate, or other assets to grow wealth. The U.S. doesn’t have one, but trump suggests creating one by selling public lands. It needs a lot of oversight, as you can imagine, and not something trump is big on.

The executive order calls for finding the money within 90 days of the signing. And it would need trillions to work.
Scott Bessent said, “We are going to monetize the asset side of the U.S. balance sheet for the American people. We are going to put the assets to work."
There are only so many places that can come from with our current debt.
Doesn't mean it's for sure, but that's the likeliest of candidates.
