I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up at Notre Dame, a lot of talk starting now, Kelley can't win a big game.

Wasting his time. Will quit again once he realizes he still can’t beat Dabo.***

Notre Dame can’t win the ACC championship in football.

Urban was a Notre Dame assistant (1996 - 2000) and reportedly interested in becoming their head coach before ultimately taking the job at Florida.

I’ve also heard Dallas Cowboys as a potential destination if he should coach again.

who were very successful in college but then fell flat on their faces in the NFL is long and distinguished. I can only think of a handful who were successful at both (#### Vermeil, Jimmy Johnson, Pete Carroll, Bill Walsh, and Tom Coughlin). Some might even include Barry Switzer and Jim Harbaugh.

Please , not my Cowboys. Garrett is bad enough, but then Jerry could hire Bill Belicheck and even he couldn't take them to a SuperBowl because Jerry wouldn't let him coach. No, Urban needs to stay away from Jerry. He has enough health issues as it is. A nervous breakdown is the last thing any coach needs.

"He’s good, not great and he’s never going to win a national championship”
“The wise move for Notre Dame is to buy Brian Kelly out and bring in Urban Meyer. Urban Meyer is the best available coach in the country and he wanted to go to Notre Dame 13 years ago. Florida got him instead and there’s a lot of reasons why that may have happened."
"Notre Dame is a national championship caliber program, but Brian Kelly is not a national championship caliber coach."

I don't think it will be for next season, but I think that it will happen the year after that.
Why? Because I think this is going to be a very light Coaching Carousel year. There are a lot of hot seats that probably won't get movement this year, but probably next year. I'm talking FSU likely giving Taggart another year (and likely going after Kelly for that), same with ND. ND has done well under Kelly, just not won it all. They'd have to have someone very good locked down to make a serious move.
So I think if it's this year it would have to be USC, and I don't see him getting back into coaching in the Pac 12.

He's not going to FSU. He wouldn't do that to Florida

and they've already come out and said they're not hiring him.
He loves ND, but they aren't willing (for any coach) to relax their admission standards. That was a huge point of contention the last time he was considered. That's also why I think Kelly has done a pretty darn good job all things considered. If UM was to go there, he would not be able to get into school nearly as many of the studs he was able to get into OSU and Florida. Not sure he would want to be hamstrung like that.
If he goes anywhere, I could see USC or the NFL. When he talked about being interested in the Cowboys' job, that was completely calculated to get Jerry's attention. If the Cowboys flame out, I could see Jerry making his move for UM.

Southern Cal.
Recruiting territory is rich. Pac-12 is easy. And ethics are not a high priority.
