I had been looking for a way to help, and I imagine a few other Clemson Tigers have been looking for the same thing.
Link below to the donation site, started by Margaret Thompson, founder of Clemson Paw Partners. Donations can also be dropped off at the Clemson post office at 519 College Ave.
The Journal is matching donations up to $5k.
Karen Alvarez, the injured mail carrier, is a mother of three. That part hit me hard... Insurance takes time, plus her A/C unit died while she was in the hospital.
Let's show everyone what Clemson Nation can do & how we take care of our own. GO TIGERS!

Thoughtful, maybe, but I definitely don't deserve all the credit, for sure.
I know others want to help. Hopefully this helps them make that change & represent Clemson this way.

Punishment vs. problem solving

I don't pretend to know how to punish Fred Davis, all I know is by now I've learned to trust our coaches to give more than JUST punishment, but also discipline.
But helping this mother of 3 is our chance to do our part in representing Clemson.
It's personal, but it bugs me that our leaders seem to care more about a relatively benign comment from freaking Paul Finebaum of all people than helping encourage others to spread the word about how we can help one of our own people in need right here in Clemson.
Again, it's personal, just frustrating.

I'm not sure what to think, it could be a Tigernet thing actually (I've had errors from time to time, and the link is working for me).
Anyway, if you still want to help they are collecting donations and gift cards at the Clemson post office on College Ave, too. Hope this helps!

Just called the Journal and they're going to get their IT working on it. They'll call me when it's fixed and I'll report on here. I also suggested that they extend it since it's not working.

I entered all of the information and got a message that my card was invalid. So tried another card and got the same invalid card message. I called and let them know as well. I would drive to the Clemson PO but it is an 8.5 hour drive for me.
