To no surprise it’s time to produce this coming year or find another job. It has been reported by a local Virginia newspaper that, “Following the season, a single big-money donor reportedly committed $100 million that was, again, reportedly, to be budgeted over a 10-year period to jumpstart a competitive NIL regime for UVA Football.

We’re now learning that other big-money folks chipped in gobs more dollars, and that the group went on to decide to give Elliott free rein to spend in the 2024-2025 offseason as he saw fit.”

2025 will be interesting. Can’t believe the money flying around.

The question is are there any available scholarships? Money is only good when you are recruiting so it would be next season before the money would help if UVA is at 85.

Well I imagine they should be better next year

I mean it’s April though. How much better they are will be dictated by first obviously what they have coming back, and also what Elliot can do between April and July really.


I’m curious to see what kind of monumental impact that could be made in the span of 4 months

believed Bronco Mendenhall to be a far superior coach to Tony Elliott. Elliott's days appear to be numbered at UVA, but on the bright side, he's really cashed in.

Mendenhall was without a doubt a great coach as was Tony Bennett. Unfortunately both walked. CTE seems to be a good coach but not a difference maker type coach
