Today I have my yearly physical. Much like last year and many years before, Im hoping my overweight doctor will tell me I’m overweight, too fat and need to eat better and exercise more. Wish me luck that this year’s diagnosis is the same as years past!

If they do a prostate exam ask for two fingers so they really make sure to check it good.

On my retirement physical from the Navy, the Dr was a 6'5" black commander that had hands like a bear and a huge class ring. I kiddingly said, you gonna take that ring off ain't you. He said, after I see the look on your face.

The Doctor of a friend of mine told him that for a man who does not do anything I asked him to do and not do, you are in pretty good health.

My last visit saw my cholesterol at 176 which is the lowest I ever remember. The doc then put me on meds to lower it- never did that when it was just over 200. Who understands the world anymore?
