Handing change:
1. Make no changes during the season. Talk about how great the coach or player is that everyone knows needs to be replaced is standard.
2. Downplay criticism from fans. He knows what he has to do but will not disrupt the season to make fans happy.
3. When the season is over is when Dabo makes changes. Many for the good of the program. These changes makes fans happy in the long run.
I know some of you are smart enough to recognize Dabo's MODIS OPERANDI. Thanks goodness for some sanity.
Go Tigers!!!!!

Now you want to post Brownell's over the the 13 season he has been the head coach in BB?

then explain why Dabo.......

Fired Steele in 2011 despite going 10-2 and winning the ACC for the first time in two decades????
because Dabo had a higher standard that he was shooting for.........he wasn't just satisfied with 10-2 and an ACC title..........he wanted more in 2011.

For that reason, and Dabo’s spectacular record, I am confident Dabo has a plan for change. My guess is it involves some offensive changes and, perhaps, a couple defensive changes. What he won’t do is throw the baby out with the bath water.
