unfortunately we've needed ELITE play at QB and skill positions to overcome our Oline issues, we're seeing now what "less than elite" play from QB/skill positions do w/ our consistently mediocre Oline play.

Your wrong about the QB and most fans on this board are as well. Outside of a fumble and a few miscues in the first quarter of the GT game DJ was and IS Elite. The throws I'm watching him make this year are the same throws that Trevor and Deshaun made for big plays. The problem is the receivers 100% this year. Little to no separation and when they do get separation, the ball hits them perfectly on the back shoulder or sometimes dead in the chest and they drop it. Which brings me back to one of my first posts is Grisham really a good fit? I got railed for that post btw but seeing the lackluster performance from our "veteran" receivers this year combined with last, I stand by it.

i'm 100% with you on the WRs (check my recent post history). I said with our OLine "issues" (seemingly every year) we need ELITE play out of our QB AND skill players (ie WRs, RBs)..........it has to be BOTH.
I think DJ has played really well (yes, room for improvement), but our WRs have been pretty close to atrocious from all aspects that you refer to............they are a faaaar cry from our 2015-2018 WRs..........not even close.
I'm wondering the same w/ Grisham as well.
