They’re 4-2 and just beat Kentucky who is also 4-2. Wouldn’t it be logical that they’re ranked over the cats? But I love that they’re not ???

Perhaps Clemson's choice to use Cade Klubnik for only 2 snaps followed by going back to DJ for the remainder of the game can be part of 'grand strategy' from Dabo.
Michigan had a closely contested game against Indiana until very late.
Clemson's closely contested game against BC lasted through 1st half.
Clemson's margin of victory was largely 'legitimately' earned; perhaps the final TD was against some non-starters for BC.
Clemson is now in the AP at #4, having displace the former AP #4 team (Michigan). In the political world of the CFP, the beauty contest makes a difference.

Agreed there’s nothing more insufferable than OSU fans and I think many will agree about Ryan Daybeing the biggest whining weasel in all of college football, but his squad should absolutely be number one. They’re crushing everyone they play. But let’s be honest who in the big ten is good?? Rutgers? Maryland? Illinois? MSU? PSU? C’mon the big ten is awful.
