Most of these kids fail to understand that if they stick around and help the team they're playing on to win a NC, the elite ones will be drafted in a big money making draft spot, and in the long run that will double or triple what they could get with a couple of seasons of being on a potato chip bag. If their goal is the NFL, do your best to help the team you signed with to win a NC bc the NFL is where the big money is at...

Better than being ranked 3rd or below. Good start but a long way to go. That said, it'd be nice if this rank is signing day in December.

It's a great start, long way to signing day, but its a good class to build on. I do think the young incoming recruits see that Dabo doesn't use the portal like other programs, and that may turn out to be a good thing in the long run, as more high school recruits will be keener to cone here knowing a transfer won't just come in and take their opportunity. Also, I can respect wanting to develop the players all the way, but that said, I'm not opposed to a little portal. If nothing more than to replace what leaves through the portal.
