While working at The Anniston Army Depot, although I lived in Bynum (just outside the gate), my mailing address was was Eastaboga, AL. It was funny to hear Dabo refer to it! But then again, he wouldn’t even consider using East BumF**k - the perennial military favorite mythical location where all things bad, undesirable, unexplainable or absurd are located…..
obtw: there is Talladega College in nearby Talladega, but no community college in Eastaboga. . . therefore, any slapd**ks must come from Bumf**k U.

It’s Eastaboga as in the town located in AL. Not East Taboga.. I think that’s the town where all those slapd!@#$ QBs come from ?.

Defense. We have the personnel to get the job done. They just gotta eliminate the brain farts and take the better angle on tackles, dont' let the runner get outside leverage (which is what BV always mentioned) understanding the opposing offense through film study which helps you read and react quicker, and then just communicate and get your team hyped up for 4 qtrs. Alot of lolly gagging in that FSU game. HAlf speed running which means they're either confused or tired. Offense just needs to stay healthy and keep doing what they're doing. Its on the defense to do their part and finally shut somebody down for 4 qtrs. This def line should dominate in run stuffing and QB rushing. Bresee just needs to get his wind and legs back under him. I saw him suking air pretty good last week. But that's to be expected when you haven't played much.
Lets go boys, its time to put it all together this weekend!

I really wanted us to begin pounding out yardage and eating up the clock in the 4th quarter. According to the TV announcers pregame, FSU's D-Line was depleted. I hated that we got "aggressive" in the 4th quarter and watched us squabble away our first possession with low percentage passing plays. When we got our first possession in the 4th quarter, I wanted to see us attack their "depleted" D-line and run the ball.
It seemed we weren't smart in the 4th quarter on offense. There was no need to be "aggressive". There was a lot of need to be smart and attack FSU's now exhausted D-Line. I blame FSU's opportunity for two late scores on our offensive play calling. I would agree that our defensive should not have allowed the scores in the 4th quarter, but I don't know if that is on the players or play calling.
Just my $0.02.

Agree 100% D gets a goal line stand and the offense goes out and goes 3 and out, how that’s on the D I’ll never know but they’ll get it right. I trust Dabo and Coords.
