I don’t think the portal is the main problem. It’s his refusal to pursue top players whether it be the portal or high school and his unwillingness to get rid of the “Dabo” offense.

But I’d like him to stick around until it is just not fun for him. Several times today it looked like that is about where he is.

I don’t want Dabo to leave. He just needs to change and adapt.

If he did leave, there would be no need to panic. I believe we would hire someone good to replace him.

I haven't given up on Dabo by any means, but he said himself this loss

is on him, so if we just keep doing the same things, then my confidence in him with quickly wither.

So, while I love Dabo and don't want him to leave at this point, I know we are capable of attracting a great head coach if he does.

The same way Alabama lost Bear Bryant, or saban, like O State when they lost Woody Hayes, Like Fl State when Bobby Bowden left No coach is bigger than the program and disaster does not follow their leaving after their time is up
