Look lady, I have always liked Brad and feel he does everything well.. except accomplishments.
Fact is though, it's been 12 years and we have a grand total of TWO tournament wins. With that resume and failing again this year, with one of his deepest and most talented rosters, is completely unacceptable.
He would have been let go after this season if it wasn't for a 1st year AD not looking to make waves.
Only a "moron" would look at these 12 years and claim success worthy of the 38th highest paid salary in the country. How many times have we finished in the top 40? Once, maybe twice? He's clearly overpaid based on one good year in 12.

He has done things no other Clemson coach has ever done. Has any other Clemson basketball coach ever had 11 winning seasons. Nope. They all gave up and left town. Has any other Clemson coach ever come close to a .500 record in the ACC or actually won more than one road game a year. Nope. You need to sit down and stop beating the Fire Brad drum. It is old and tiresome. Some of us have vision. Some of us see a solid program that won’t cut corners. Some of see a program that fights and claws every time it takes the floor. I choose to support. It’s not my job to hire and coaches. The Lunatic Fringe just needs to calm down. Or go ##### about the rowing team.

It looks as if BB does about everything right up until the start of a game, it's in game decisions where I believe Brownell has problems, just my opinion.

Love it. Brings experience, size, and credentials, and comes from a solid program that was a basket away from winning the Ivy title. Got a solid foundation for next season with him the backcourt, PJ and Tyson up front, and Hunter’s continued development. Would like to add another wing player through the portal.

A lateral replacement for our second leading scorer is not “good news”. He’s gonna have to learn a system Dawes knew inside and out. It’s a stretch to call it lateral.

Well, at least he didn't bring up replacing Honor. If he had, I'll bet he would have found a guard worth 50% of Honor. That gives us 120% of 200% for our 2 guards. Now that's some fancy math. I had to dust off my K%E to figure that out.

There still is an adjustment period for a player moving to a power league. He is not going to average about 15 pts a game and be a 1st team all-acc player like he did in the Ivy League . now he averaged 16 pts vs the three high major teams they played. . I think a good margin to expect is around double figure scorer, maybe around 12 pts which is all he needs to do with Hall and Tyson on the block. If he can average 2 assists and 4 rebs like he did at Princeton that would be big too. The Ivy League is underrated on having good players who were recruited by power 6 teams. An example is Jordan Bruner at Yale who spent his grad year at Alabama.

Possibly helps with scoring. But I still think we need a true point guard. 2.5 assists per game is not what a point should be averaging. If he goes to #2 guard, then we have another short guard and defensive liabilities.
Get me a Bobby Conrad.
