TJ Parker is back. And more to come. Sounds like all of the major pieces are taken care of. Might lose a couple of down the depth chart guys over the next few days but that is it. Good news to come and it sounds like it's been a good few days for the Tigers in getting stuff done.

At least Clemson isn’t using the portal to get guys for only a year. I’d guess one the best parts of being “the voice” was the relationships he was able to build with the players during their Clemson career. I think we are really lucky Dabo has been able to keep that part going for the most part.

NIL wasn't bad with the original intent where you weren't getting hosed by someone using your NIL abd they profit, and you didn't get anything.
To me, it's not even the sleeze aspect. Imo it's just like nfl, except worse. Now half of a team transfers. That doesn't even happen in the nfl. I'm about done with bball and football. I'll enjoy the off sports until they're infested too.

I never saw anything wrong with a player getting compensation for advertising a car dealership, or shoes, or whatever. There are high school kids advertising their dads car dealership, or his grocery store, and they're being paid. Why should a kid miss out just because he plays sports. That never made sense to me. The problem I have is the universities having to shell out thousands of dollars, on top of a very high dollar education. That and yes, the sleaze, the tampering, and at any given season, a school losing half their roster to the portal. Something needs to be done, and soon, or college football will collapse within the next few years. I pity schools like Wake forest. I don't think they'll survive, in the current atmosphere, and that will really be a shame.

I don't get with Corian or Tayvoy. We had plenty of games and chances for meaningful snaps. Even if they went over 4 games and burned a redshirt. Both highly rated. Redshirts for any position other than lineman is a thing of the past imo.
If you bust and can't compete, you're going to transfer. If you develop up to your rank potential, then you're 4 yrs max. And yes, I'm not talking projects, pwo etc. I'm saying top 200 talent. I just think real game experience is the best way to develop quickly. And today's game is all about the now.
