Time Warner vs Direct TV......

who wins? I know Direct has the NFL Ticket, but my main concerns are reception during bad weather, and extra costs for additional rooms. Any advice is appreciated!

I've been with 'em for 13 years.

I just had whole home DVR installed (for free). It is the BOMB!

occasionally goes out in bad storm. High def is affected more, but you can switch to non high def and it usually until storm passes works

Had both

Time Warner 1984 till 2012
Direct since 2012

I vote Direct

As far as bad weather. Direct for a short time occasionally. But hey, Time Warner has been known to go off too.

I just switched to Direct Tv this year with the Genie. Love it! Bad storm came the other night and it went out for about 3 minutes but other than that very reliable. Time Warner can bite me when it comes to TV. Roadrunner is really good though as I still have that.
