memory is going to see the Coots play Furman in Cooterville not long after that. (Roomie at the time was a big Coot fan.) I wore my Clemson gear to the game, and was getting some sirius razzing going into the stadium about the fact that Clemson had gotten tied by little old Boston College.
Welp, you guessed it, the Furman Purple Paladins took down the choking chikins that day, 28-23. I didn't have to say a word on the way out of Willy B, my smile said it all.
