#23 Men's tennis at #61 SMU, 2pm. Preview and match thread

Mens tennis is playing in Dallas against #61 SMU today.
I am a bit worried about this match because it's really a must win for SMU to keep NCAA tournament hopes alive at 9-9 on the season. Plus a few of their losses were because their #1 was out playing pro events but he will be back today.
Also we had to make the trip all the way from Boston on Friday to Dallas for a quick turnaround. SMU did lose 4-3 to GT at home on Friday.
SMU lineup:
1. #91 Trevor Svadja, SO. San Diego, CA - misleading ranking cause he is one of the top players in the country and was playing Indian Wells qualifying last week rather than SMU's team matches vs Miami and FSU which is really why they lost both.
2. Georgi Georgiev, FR. Svilengrad, Bulgaria
3. Jerry Barton, JR. Barton, TX
4. Ofek Shimanov, FR. Ramla, Israel
5. Louis Cloud, SR. San Antonio, TX
6. Noah McDonald, FR. Charlotte, NC
we beat SMU 5-2 last year at home. We need to win this one to remain in the 20-25 rankings range.

Please tell me Duke women's tennis is really good because we got smoked. Gosh. Not a good weekend for our Tiger women. Crushing we lost softball, lax, and tennis. At least it wasn't scar.

playing at #2 who was just on the WTA tour and is somehow eligible for college.
But still we gave a much better fight vs UNC

Great match considering. Not that it matters but we probably blank them 4-0 had it not been for the crazy schedule. I hope that's the last time we have a crazy turnaround. Go Tigers!!!

I think south carolina is up to 43. Good W. Hopefully the team gets a good week's rest and be ready to tackle the Tarheel and Duke next weekend. An outstanding Duke team if I remember from your previous post.
