Yes, he is. This is what happens when there is a turnover...The offense guy has to make a tackle. I do not have the info, but apparently, there was a fumble or interception, and Brown made the tackle to stop the return.

Haven't watched one of their games but a lot of 2nd string CBs and WRs will be on punt or kick coverage too. Could be that.
