I mean it is turning into a business structure and running a program as a CEO with other people responsible for recruiting, NIL, transfer portal, offense and defense coordinators along with other coaches.
Bill is coming in as CEO to simply oversee those areas, and to be the head football coach of the team. Nothing more, no recruiting, no portal, no NIL, he will simply have control over all of that.
Crazy times, and this is possibly a structure other teams might emulate with the new landscape.
I think CDS can fit into this but he seriously has to adapt and completely buy in or it will not work.
Myself, I do not see it working...but what do I know as I want my Clemson Tigers to stay at/near the top as long as it can possibly stay.

I love Dabo, and I don't mean this to be a knock on him - but I don't see him fitting well in this new CFB environment. (Fwiw, I don't think I'd fit in well either).
I hope if/when the time comes, we utilize him in other ways - I think he'd make a tremendous AD, or as people on Reddit were suggesting, maybe an ACC Commissioner.
If we're going to succeed in this, we'll also need either a BB CEO type, or a scuzzy High Freeze "let's see what we can get away with) type.

I’m looking for BB to do one thing. Make UNC football disciplined and not soft. That has been the rep of UNC football for many years and it’s accurate. I just basically want him to come in and been an A Hole.
