This is a great idea! Wonder if it will be possible in the future to offer this generally for live games. Could be a money maker for schools and networks I would imagine.

My son's #### VR has/had a subscription app for I think the NBA to watch games live as if you were sitting in the front row of the arena. It had terrible reviews for bugs and lag/buffering issues so I never tried it. If someone wanted to make the investment to workout these issues and sell it to the broadcast companies, it would be very possible.

I worked on VR while attending Clemson.

I have attached a pic which captures the image I see and does not build confidence. It could be due to my ad blocker OR that Fox site has dropped the video.

In any case, I like the idea but I would need more understanding where funding would actually make it long term possibility.
