this is baseball. The 1927 Yankees lost a lot of games. We should take two of three from W&M. (We beat William yesterday but today Mary is giving us fits.) Lawdy.

Agreed!! Way to early gripe about a loss. I`ll wait 30 games in to evaluate where this team is.Last year was uneven at best, and I certainly don`t want a repeat of it. A lot of win 2 lose 1, win 1 lose 3, win 4 lose 2. That isn`t the sign of a good team. Hoping this on is better, but you got to wait a "little more" than 2 games to decide that!!

Heck, as far as that goes, I'll take winning 2 of 3 most of the time and then getting hot at the end of the year to propel us into post-season play.

17-1 to a very small region team that didn't break .500. We won the state. We won't know what kind of team we have until mid-way into the year.
