He derailed this program by refusing to evolve and promoting unqualified coaches. Garrett Riley was a step in the right direction, but we still have to address Defensive Coordinator, WR Coach, OL Coach, Special Teams Coach and take a long hard look at the way we recruit HS and portal players. This train has one wheel back on the tracks, and the rest are still in gravel.

...the argument was that Dabo was not an X and O's coach, but he hired a great staff around him that compensated for it? Well, look what happens when he no longer hires a great staff (except for Riley and maybe Eason).

in the country on defense. We just held the #4 team in the country to 311 total yards and 22 yards on the ground.
Our OL played a very good game.
WRs played outstanding

I don’t think you can watch this team and still think they are legitimately the 8th best defense schematically and depth/talent wise. We have a lot of good players but it’s not like 2014.

I don’t blame that on garret Riley though. Unlike most people I am a TCU fan and I watched them last year and this is a very handcuffed Riley

The greatest coach in Clemson history and that's where you go.
Yes they are down a little but the future is bright. I trust Dabo to have this team back in the playoffs next year.
