Honestly, unless Ohio St. opened on the road for some reason, Game Day was always going to be in Columbus.

Agree. It's where he began using the headgear. That's where it will end.

luckyj® I have no idea why this was so hard (and still hard) for people to grasp from the get go. It was probably decided he couldn't come back for the season so they decided to give a proper sendoff with his first headgear. Only reason ESPN waited so long to announce the site was because people were talking about it.
One other thing I kept seeing that other people should know. This WILL NOT be the first time College Gameday and Big Noon Kickoff will be at the same game.

It's Corso's last gameday, last headgear, it's his send off. It was always going to be the bucknuts unless they were going to be playing one of their usual cupcakes. Decision had nothing to do with Clemson.

Like I said in the other thread like this. Both Ohio State and Texas have much bigger fanbases than Clemson and LSU. That game will have way more viewers.

I will still never forget the time Spiller Broke off his first big Run as a Tiger, and you could hear Corso mutter, "What a shame he went to Clemson." ESPN has since edited it out of the replay, but I remember this clear as day.

Another topic that is not relevant. Game day means nothing, I quit watching years ago.

That's way more significant of a game then Clemson's game versus LSU
