The worlds becoming downright unrecognizable, I remember being taught to do the right thing even if it cost you everything. Now all we hear is excuses and downright not caring if it’s wrong. People want to find objects and figure heads to blame for the worlds problems but the world has absolutely no moral compass anymore.

Read any history book about any era in any area of the world.
I can’t stand when people act like it’s something new. Also can’t stand when people sweepingly call everyone else “garbage”.

You’re right I rephrased it as it was harsh, also there’s always been terrible people that’s true I just feel that it’s more prevalent today due to being praised more often then condemned. Also we see a lot more these days with the internet. Just feels completely different from when I was growing up and I’m not old at all so I can’t imagine how it feels for older people. It’s just been one of them days though

I honestly do think it’s the internet. You can go on X and see an unlimited amount of terrible things in minutes. In the days before, you’d maybe just see it on the locks need for a few seconds or a couple articles in the paper.
And in the days even before that, you could go long time without ever seeing or hearing about anything bad if it didn’t happen in your direct area.
I do think that is one of the negatives of being too connected.

Yep that’s why I’ve gotten off of most social medias it’s nothing but nonstop negativity. I’ll log in every so often to check on Clemson sports related post but that’s it. But between social media and the regular media it’s not surprising that people are so lost these days.
