Hamburger - perfect food?

I’ve come to the conclusion that if you use quality meat, a good whole grain bun, real cheese, big slab of tomato, leaf lettuce, and a properly fermented pickle; you’ve got a perfect food.

A hard seared, perfectly medium rare dry aged filet, topped with bearnaise, and followed down with a big gulp of cab. That’s one of life’s greatest pleasures. That and boobers.
