The concept was that the young couple, obviously married, celebrated after the NC game with conception. It is poetic license to attribute their joy to Renfro.
Disclaimer:
I'm old too, at first I took a slight bit of offense at the claim that Renfro had knocked up the girl but I didn't allow my self-righteous indignation overwhelm my powers of creative interruptation.
J/K, I wouldn't have allowed my wife, while pregnant, to hold that sign in a million years for a variety of reasons none of which regarded Renfro.

That's the one I was wondering about, probably not the smartest sign because every neutral person in the country who sees that is thinking Vick right off the bat.
