Brew of the evening: Uinta Hop Nosh

Great stuff
"Our flagship IPA boasts an assertive bitterness and vibrant hop aromatics. Expect notes of pine, lime zest, and grapefruit supported by caramel malts"
Can't get enough.

“Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.” Isaac Asimov
Panta Rhei Heraclitus

It is a good beer.

I see it fairly regularly at Total Wine in Charlotte, and at Bruisin' Ales in Asheville. I also like Dubhe, their Black IPA.

apparently they're trendy there.

Crucial Crucial Aunt Aunt, a double mango double dry hopped IPA 8.4%

and Single Brothers double IPA 8.9%

neither my style, but son brought them for their visit. OK for what they are.

after sips of those, poured a Buffalo Trace, which recently suddenly showed up again after being unavailble for a long stretch.

For the record, I rarely meet an IPA I do not like.

had a beer in my wheel-house, Founder's Breakfast Stout Nitro. Dint know you could get it on tap w/nitro like Guinness.
