The funny thing is the Trump admin tried to run under SCOTUS' robes on this one, and they denied him. It sends a message that this court is fully willing to smack him down when he defies the judicial branch. And they are saying the district court had it right, just that they can not dictate the terms being it a foreign policy issue on how they negotiate his release. But we have El Salvadore in our back pocket, I guess they can try slow play this. But it will be really, really bad optics when this guy gets in front of the cameras. He has two special needs kids, one being a nonverbal autistic son who was with him when he was abducted. The media will have a field day, err week.

to rule against Trump on, because they can claim they won’t just rule in his favor every time, and this one has no real consequences. El Salvador’s president can just say no, and then Trump can say he tried, and move on.
And even if he is brought back, this won’t change anything about Trump’s policies or tactics going forward.
