07 wasn't that bad. They had just suffered what was the worst mass shooting in American history. The entire conference went out of their way to show solidarity, and I think it was nice.

Wait, this guy is right. I just looked it up, and it didn't happen. I got mandela effected. But, if I recall, there actually was some talk of letting them do it, but we ultimately did not.

The 07 Tech run down the hill was for a show of respect because of the mass shooting. This past Saturday was all entertainment for heavens sake. They were there to make people smile, laugh and gave a good time. That's all. It was for fun. Don't look at it as anymore than that. If you do then you really have some personal issues sorry.

The worst according to my brother-in-law who admittedly is UofSC Pharmacy grad, was having Radio run down the hill to fire up the crowd. I thought Dabo and the Bananas was pretty cool … great marketing for Clemson.

I remember when we played the vt Alma mater for them and you coilda heard a pin drop then we played our dear old Clemson song and them resnecks started raisinghell and disrespecting our song and our country and if the bananas had done that Ida been in jail because I woulda squared up with the nearest bananas fan an knocked em back to Hartsville.

Back in the 90's the Panthers were not allowed to run down the orange carpet in their season at DV because the folks in charge wanted it kept a Clemson ONLY tradition. Snowflakes now will let any team do it for a dollar.

The also had a Banana Walk through lot 5. It was all part of the plans of the show. Dabo was involved in the talks. They wanted to incorporate things in the show that take place on football game day. Dabo made these statements Himself. He mentioned it at The All in Ball right before he auctioned off a chance to view the game with him in a suite. Someone paid 20,000 plus for the opportunity.

By far the worst was when those trash bags from Columbia ran down The Hill in November after whipping our behinds at home for the second straight year. Those players ought to be doing everything they can to make sure that never happens again.

I remember that day when VTech ran down the hill like it was yesterday. It was an absolutely beautiful day. 70 was the high and 70 was also the low. I was with my super-model girlfriend who was buying me all of my drinks and was paying for the entire weekend trying to win me over. After the game I ran into Willie Nelson who got me stoned on his bus and we drove around for a bit and then went down and skipped rocks on lake Hartwell. I think 85 was my best. Anyway, I remember VTech running down that hill that day like it was yesterday.
