It has always been said that defenses win championships, and if that is the case, this years defense should help in bringing back to Clemson a second NC win in a 3 year span, Gooo Tigerssss!!!!

Watching XT fly around the end of the line, homing in on the quarterback like a highly trained pit bull, is electrifying. What great football lies ahead for him and for the fans!

Love the mindset but what happened to the “freshmen don’t talk to reporters” philosophy? I was actually surprised that he was not flagged last weekend throwing up the “X” and skipping around while Francois still laid hurt on the turf toward the end of the game. Be smart fellas, not chippy.

Freshmen can't talk with reporters until they have played. After that, I think it's OK.
XT is a very talented and enthusiastic player, but he seems to like the stage lights pointed at him. It's good to be enthusiastic and want to excel, but not so good to ask for attention and appreciation. I hope he doesn't become a head case.

This is just further confirmation that Willie Taggart is not really all that good as a coach. He failed to see that or express that in his post-game interview. It is COACHING, or lack of it on Taggart's part, that caused the FSU OLine to quit. Anyone watching the game could see the dominance that CLEMSON had in all phases of the game. Taggart won't last 3 years IMO, and it is NOT just his players because FSU recruited well in the past 3-4 years. He is just not a good coach. Maybe even the slow fans at FSU will finally catch on. Anyone could see that the score was not indicative of the difference in the two teams. CLEMSON could have won by 70 if they wanted to. Dabo felt sorry for Taggart, but the domination will continue for may years. Next year FSU gets "THE THUMB" in Death Valley.
