They will categorize "hate speech" as just about anything they don't like. Plenty other examples throughout Britain of one sided hate speech - most notably the recent Palestinian rallies in/around London where pro Hamas adherents rant their "from the river to the sea" garbage and other anti-Semitic tropes yet no application of Britain's hate speech laws to those people. But post online that these illegal Muslim migrants are changing the very fabric of their British culture and the police will come knocking at your door.

The Left in the USA has always idolized leftist Europe from the way they look at healthcare to their socialist welfare State policies. Using word warfare (i.e. label anything they don't like as "hate", "racist" or some other "ist/ism") in the USA to censor people is just the US left adopting the tyrannical tactics they have seen at work in Europe. Europe is just further along in this speech tyranny as some people are fined or go to jail for their "hate" speech. Some on this board will laugh but you can bet "hate speech" criminal punishment is a future step for the USA left and if they get a compliant legislature/court to go along with it we will suffer the same tyrannical "hate speech" doodoo as the rest of the world...
