Did you see the ultimate buckle?

That tree buckle is pretty cool.
Carbon fiber is neat but $99 for a belt? I’m way to UDP for that.

Occasionally they'll do a sorta "scratch and dent", but

not really scratch and dent and more of a "slight imperfection in manufacturing" fire sale. Got the black and silverglass carbon fiber buckles for half off (give or take, don't remember exactly what the discount was) because of some tiny imperfection. I can't find what was wrong with either one. Full price on those is a bit much though, agreed.

It was hard to keep them still, though.
We didn't account for FBC's 1.5" deep belly button, though... hmmm

Also, helps if one of them has a turtle neck, so they can dock.

Admittedly, it requires more effort to retrieve, unfold, refold, and re-insert cash than, say, a bifold wallet. But I use cash for MAYBE 10% of my transactions, or less, so the card convenience is a way bigger priority than cash accessibility.

How does the loop thingy ride in your pocket?

I’ve gotten some gadget wallets off Kickstarter and they all wound up in the goodwill box so I’m hesitant but intrigued.

I originally got this one off a Kickstarter in summer 2019.

They spent a good 6 or 9 months working on the prototype, and when they finally started shipping, a good 20% of wallets (or users) were having issues, so they stopped production and went back to the drawing board. In the meantime, they sold the stock of "v1" prototypes for $10/per with the understanding that they'll probably work, but no guarantees and no returns. So I got a few with and without the loop, and never even used the ones without the loop. It's pretty unobtrusive, and like they claim, it's actually kinda fun. I do a wild west flip spin almost every time I put it back in my pocket. I can see why people wouldn't want it, also.

I had this sweet titanium money clip...

that would hold any number of bills. I would wrap the case around my cards and whatnot and it held all of it. But even keeping it full for a month, you could take it all out and it would hold one folded bill just as well.
But my two year old took it and I've never seen it since.
