And changes are coming. Plenty of high rises and parking garages on every corner. He's spot on about clear cutting all the trees and forest. He even has an ambitious plan to build a massive waste water plant near the West End. Also, the entire tri county area will become a dry area with no alcohol sales. Lastly, he wants to triple the size of the airport to allow nonstop jumbo jet flights.
If you build it, recruits will come.
