Do you think when random people across the country see Renfrow play now, they think of Clemson and his famous game-winning TD against Bama?
I always wonder that.

Lots of people on the left coast and up north still have no idea what or where Clemson is. I lived in Pennsylvania for about 10 years and a lot of them say “Carolina “ and have no clue there is a South and North.

"Americas Team" is in Texas.
2 teams with huge fan bases and a 3rd franchise in FL.
4 teams on the west coast.
Saints, Panthers, Falcons.
Chicago, Minn, and Pitt aren't yankee cities.

You may have something there ace. I grew up in a "yankee state" and applied to Clemson at the recommendation of a friend's father. Ended up graduating and staying another two years for graduate school. I did spend most of my professional career south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Trust me, there are enough native southerners already ****ing up the south. Having said that, some of my closest and dearest friends, and former Clemson classmates are proud southerners. And I consider myself lucky to have had them in my life...

Literally nobody knows where Clemson is. Not that it bothers me but most other universities have the state name so at least you have an idea.

and I'm not taking a shot at you, Row86. Wanting respect for Clemson is fine. So I'm not jumping on you, but I think the college football and America would all be better off if the NFL died. They are a terrible organization that provides a canned, culturally offensive culture, and we should all quit caring.
