The best way is to set up a shell company. Dump $10 million into the company's accounts. Take out a loan against that $10 million for the percentage tariffs that will be charged. So 20% tariff, $2 million for the loan.

Then send your $10 million to the 20% tariff country to make your widgets. They ship them back. You pay the tariff with the $2 million loan at the docks, transfer the goods to trucks and ship them off for sale in the US totaling $30 million. Sell the goods and make your profits, then either pay back the shell company in profits to close the debt, or abandon the company and get off tariff-free. Since the shell company is a blind LLC, which Trump has made legal once again by ending the LLC disclosure laws, the debt is written off in bankruptcy court for a non-existent company.

The trick to this all is getting the product from the ports to another location without being attached to the real company.

Gotta love the enabling of corruption.

I LEARNED THIS FROM WATCHING YOU!!!!!!

Oh, and you too.....almost forgot.

Also, learned it (first hand) from a lawyer and his billionaire client in Greenville. Well, not about the mechanics of the scam, but the mechanics of the LLC scam.

What percentage of LLCs are legit?

I’d be curious to know how many keep their monthly meeting minutes.

They are all "legit", for the purposes for which they are created.

Sometimes that purpose, though, isn't legit.

If you know a good probate/estate/trust lawyer, try this.....

Go over to the SC secretary of state website, then do a "registered agent" search under that lawyer's name. Go ahead. You may find him/her to be the registered agent for 235 LLC's. ;)
