is charged with finding the best 4 teams. If you put FSU in you are giving a pass to the team that plays them. Is that fair to the two teams? If J Travis had not gotten hurt then they would have been in.

Even with Travis, I never believed that they were a top four team.
With that said, I understand their frustration. The committee screwed up by ranking than that high to begin with.
I do believe that if they would’ve steam rolled a lousy Louisville team last night, that probably would’ve done the trick.

What if FSU was selected for the playoffs and won it all? How can you prove that it's not possible? While there are a ton of examples of dominant teams beating the underdog,there are plenty of examples where the underdog has been victorious
It's just as easy to claim that FSU would beat their playoff opponent as it is to say they would lose to their opponent because there is no possible way to prove either one unless they play

I don't like this "best 4" thing regarding FSU. While I understand (and agree they aren't one of best 4), I think it's dicey. I hate UGA, but if we're truly going "4 best", how are they not in? Do you honestly believe if they played MICH, WASH, TX 10 times that they wouldn't be 7-3 against all of them?

determining who is "best". Or the 4 best. if we could decide that with any accuracy whatsoever, there would be no need to play anymore games. The demostrable fact is, we absolutely cannot make that determination, yet we carry on pretending that we can.
