I have never even got the HEARD OF around here since the season started. I don't even recall the influx of flotsam being this bad at the worst points the last TWO seasons. The Tigernets needs some type of skimmer filter to capture all the Coot Scoks and obvious trolls, for shore, so that the loyal fans will not be exposed to their buffoonery. I nominate dsp to invent and perfect this device.

the coot-festation around here is directly proportional to the “CLQ”. What is the “CLQ” you ask? The “CLQ” is a Gumby proprietary predictive rating index. Think of it as being not dissimilar from the FPI, except it uses actual data.
So the CLQ measures in real time, coots that have been arrested, lost their job, their wife left them for their boss/cousin/brother, their house was foreclosed, their TV/couch/refrigerator/mirror ball/dancer’s pole was repossessed. So you put all this data together and you come up with the “coot loser quotient”. The higher the coot loser quotient goes, the more severe the T-Net. coot-festation. If the coots had anything at all in their life that wasn’t a disaster, they’d have their attention there. Since they don’t, they come over here hoping daddy might pay them some attention.

The first amendment does not apply to message boards and social media sites.
These opportunistic trolls are like yelling fire in a theatre. A mass vacay to Kingston for these Coots and the like may make a well written thought provoking poast stay on the 1st page for longer than a few minutes.

But, kind of like some poster mentioned last week, I imagine Tigernet gets a lot of visitors from haters when we lose so that uptick probably means more ads shown and more money made for the site.
I definitely wouldn't mind like some sort of timer for new accounts created to be delayed in posting for like 48hrs. Rivals had this back in the day for when trolls would create accounts after big games to flame on the message boards and it helped cut down on troll posts.

No chance this happens. More accounts/views means more ad revenue. The negative views fuel the fire and keep eyeballs on Tnet.
Because this is a business, I don’t blame them. In fact, I would imagine as an admin with unlimited accounts, they may be inclined to stir the pot themselves. However, it’s way annoying.
