Can any Jounger help with creating an LLC across state lines?

I have a business in NC and live in GA and need to create an LLC. Just want to make sure it's set up correctly so I don't get screwed on taxes.

If any jounger does this I'd figure I'd throw them business before turning to a random website.

T-male me if you can help. Thanks.

Had to have a registered agent in KY for an LLC I created there since I wasn't a state resident. It was like $79/year.

when things aren't hanging over my head. That and when my paycheck is tied to getting things done I'm all about it.

I do, however subscribe to the work smarter not harder plan. I've done with mediocrity what takes hard work from a lot of people.

Or can the LLC exist in SC. I know you would have to get the NC license and COA, but do you have to have the LLC in the state as well?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I honestly dont know.***
