That's also in the Fox article that Keowee didn't read.

There's a reason Fox wrote the headline the way they did and you can see the result of it on Twitter (which is where I assume Keowee saw this story from considering his parroting).

I saw his sound-bite; he was responding to the 9-0 decision. Maybe you should inform him that he can be “more right” to his rabid climate alarmist cult with a clarification post.
Liberals: destroying dreams, one regulation at a time.

It was a tweet, not a sound bite, but doesn't matter...

even fox's article understands the context of Schumer being upset, "Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., slammed the Supreme Court's ruling Thursday that limited the Environmental Protection Agency's ability to regulate bodies of water, calling it a "MAGA" court even though the decision was 9-0.
On Thursday, the high court issued an opinion that narrowed the EPA's broad definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS). The court said the federal government must define WOTUS as a water source with a "continuous surface connection" to major bodies of water.
The decision upended an attempt by the Biden administration to regulate wetlands, lakes, ponds, streams and other "relatively permanent" waterways, which had relied on a broad reading of the EPA's authority under the Clean Water Act (CWA).
"This MAGA Supreme Court is continuing to erode our country's environmental laws," Schumer tweeted after the opinion was released. "Make no mistake – this ruling will mean more polluted water, and more destruction of wetlands."
If you want to run with the angle that Schumer is dumb for calling it a MAGA court because of this, I think you'd have a better argument for pointing out that Kavanaugh joined with the liberal justices,
"Justice Brett Kavanaugh, joined by the court's three liberal members, disputed Alito's reading of the statute, noting that since 1977 when the CWA was amended to include adjacent wetlands, eight consecutive presidential administrations, Republican and Democratic, have interpreted the law to cover wetlands that the court has now excluded. Kavanaugh said that by narrowing the act to cover only adjoining wetlands, the court's new test will have quote "significant repercussions for water quality and flood control throughout the United States."

It is reasonable to conclude that the liberals don’t identify with Schumer’s quote … except where it suits them:
(*). “This MAGA Supreme Court is continuing to erode our country's environmental laws," Schumer tweeted after the opinion was released. "Make no mistake – this ruling will mean more polluted water, and more destruction of wetlands."
However, since a separate SCOTUS ruling was 5 - 4, the liberals choose to identify with Schumer’s outburst when referencing only this following part of the decision:
… the court split 5-4 in its analysis of how the federal government should define a water source under the Clean Air Act.
Xxxxxxx
Or is it that the liberals are fine with the 9 - 0 ruling that struck down Biden admin EPA overreach, since America’s liberal sheep fall right into line with whatever their thought leaders tell them to think.
Good gracious, America needs for its liberal hoard to get some self respect.

regulate as much, leaving that to (presumably) Congress? Imagine that. Whodda thunkit? Heaven forbid Congress sets guidelines, regulations, and has oversight of the EPA. Horrors.

I'm afraid the days of legislating from the bench are over. And previous legislation from the bench appears to be over as well.

He could have called for the deaths of all MAGA jurists, whatever that means, and the left wing scum would have cheered even though it was a unanimous verdict. They aren't very smart and they hate anyone who disagrees with thems guts. Its not a productive combination.
