You can imagine a knee being down but not the ball crossing the goaline

Yes 100% of the time. His knees are on a Clemson player and his elbow is not down before ball comes out.

Everyone who thinks otherwise is blind, fact!

Ball hit the ground before it popped loose. Down!

I assure you that was a fumble, look at all angles provided and nothing was on ground but the football. That’s a fumble every single time

Ball ?? So does that matter if his KNEES or ELBOWS or BUTT is not on the ground.

It’s a fumble and to overturn the fall is even more unacceptable, right ??

Please tell me why you thinks it’s not a fumble and I’ll prove you wrong

Ground can’t cause a fumble… shut up.

Nov 20, 2021, 2:13 PM

Explain if you can, seriously. Elbow, knees, butt all never touch and he lost control ?????

I know it didn’t matter but I hate the overturn when there is no clear evidence to overturn. They never once said “ground cannot cause fumble”, it’s just idiocy from announcers and refs

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Yes... and prove it wrong. There wasn't a view to change it***

Wrong.

Nov 20, 2021, 2:02 PM

The ground caused it anyway. I can't believe I am agreeing with ACC refs, please pinch me.

You have to be down for the ground to cause it. Wake up.***

Nov 20, 2021, 2:10 PM [ in reply to Wrong. ]

The ball on the ground MEANS it’s a fumble.

You mean to tell me that when a players body is still in the air and not on ground and the ball touches ground it’s not a fumble ??

I honestly have no idea what a fumble is because that’s the #### perfect example & definition I would think.

The adage that a ground can’t cause a fumble is not always true. Hartman clearly put the hand with the ball down to the ground without a knee, forearm, or elbow on the ground. I’m not sure what angle they had that showed to the contrary but they must’ve seen something. The mouth from Alabama wouldn’t shut up for long enough to give us actual information.
