were entirely negligent, and now she wants someone arrested for something she has ZERO proof of. Sounds like an attempted case of insurance fraud and attempt at making a fall guy out of a college student.
Who leaves that kind of money in the flashiest possible car overnight? If Mcdowell had wanted to take the money, he could easily just have said that the purse wasn't given to him.
Furthermore, I wouldn't think it would be hard to find out if a broke college student all of sudden was spending money, like he just came across $80,000.
