Curious what lengths y'all have gone to watch the NCAA tournament?

So in 2001, I had just gotten married and actually had dental insurance. My wisdom teeth needed to be removed

I planned the procedure around march madness (Thursday) they even had a tv in the ceiling that allowed my doped up on nitros oxide self to watch the games during the procedure. Watched four days of tournament games with no guilt.

if you happen to need any medical procedures done, the first two rounds of the tournament are the absolute perfect time.

I crushed the office bracket challenge and won a few bucks that year

In high school I cut a small hole in the front pocket of a hoodie, and threaded a loose headphone up through the sleeve and into my palm. the rest of the lesson I sat quietly with my elbow on the desk and resting my small headphone speaker in my hand up to my ear.i never got busted but I'm sure I raised some questions from my teacher on why I was even wearing a hoodie when it was over 80 degrees.

as an activity director for a skilled nursing I switched our normal lunch outing from a cafeteria to beef o'brady's with tons of television all around. my residents were not all that impressed, but worked out very well for me.

So I know the first two rounds of the big dance is a prime day to call in sick to work. I'd love to hear some examples of how you got out of work, or watched the games on the clock.

Before I retired from a large company, the head of IT always sent out an e-mail advising against watching the NCAAT on company computers as it greatly slowed down all computer traffic. The e-mail was always widely ignored.

I went to the electronic section of Walmart and somebody had it playing on one of the display flat screen TVs.
