Texas A&M game experience

1. Loudest stadium I have ever been in. No contest. ( They do have a capacity of about 22,000 more than death Valley).
2. Tailgating, campus/environment: Decent, but doesn't compare to Clemson. Their campus is kind of drab as well. Their stadium is impressive.
3. Texas A/m Fans: The most hospitable fans I have encountered at a away game. Multiple fans stopped at our tailgate to welcome us. After the game, they stopped by and congratulated us.

I was not impressed by that stadium or the crowd noise. it was not close to being as loud as other stadiums! I was shocked!!!
Their Fans are extremely nice!

Depends on where you sit ... first time I went to LSU, I sat up high and wasn’t impressed. Next time, down low, and it was a different experience.
I can say the same for Bama.

Agree 100% about the A&M fans. Congratulations received from their fans in the stadium at the end of the game, in the bar afterwards, in hotel lobby, and in restaurant at breakfast the next morning. Really nice people.

it doesn’t seem very loud but as you get closer to the field it gets crazy. I watched the 4th from the lowers after watching the rest from the top. The difference was crazy.

1. The stadium is huge! Reminds me of State College. 2. I can't speak to the noise level because we were 2 rows from the top of the end zone. 3. Tailgating is great. Friendly people are everywhere. Due to incredible heat, humidity & rain we spent our pregame in several bars after getting some great local advice - Dixie Chicken-great atmosphere & music, Dry Bean Saloon next door is an exact replica of Lonesome Dove bar, but we parked at Chimey's - great food & drink (whiskyrita!!) lots of friendly Aggies and TV's to watch Gamecock beatdown. 4. It was nice to drive onto campus and park "pretty close" for $20. The campus is huge. Not a beautiful campus, but the people are! 5. I put TAMU fans just ahead of Auburn in hospitality and I love Auburn fans. I've seen Clemson after a close loss and it's not pretty. The Aggies were not pleased, but they were congratulatory afterward and thanked us for coming. 6. Traditions were great! Midnight Yell was a blast. Understood about 15% of what was going on, but during the game, we were beside a recent grad who was so excited to explain the yells. Amazing to me that the entire 12th man side of the field is for students during the game. They stand the entire game and cheer in unison. The Corps of Cadets including the band was very impressive marching in pregame and I think they have a flyover every game! Awesome halftime performance by the band.
I'm so glad we made it to College Station this time!! Incredible bucket list for a football fan. Would highly recommend it!
Fuego Tortilla Grill was awesome - open 24/7.
