UT by 14 points in a shoot out. 42-28 Vols, Vols will lose to Alabama in the SEC Championship 48-33.
That wil both make the playoffs.

Vols have looked good at home, this is a whole different environment. LSU doesn't impress me despite their ranking. Gimme the Dogs until the Vols can prove to me they belong...and that means doing it over the course of a season!

Interesting to speculate with a number of games still on the table, but if UGA, Ohio State, TCU and Clemson all win out, we'd probably see the final four in that order. Imagine the TV draw of a Clemson/Georgia battle in prime time! My God, the states of Georgia and South Carolina would shut down!

I'm not an X and O guru, but I think Huepel is running an offense (Art Briles' offense at Baylor) that defensive coordinators just haven't figured out how to stop it. Eventually, they will. Just like any new offense (wishbone, run and shoot, single wing, etc) defenses will figure out how to attack it. But, if TN plays a clean game - doesn't shoot themselves in the foot with turnovers, penalties, etc. - I think they outscore UGA.

They’re feeling it. Momentum and belief go a long way and they have the offensive play to keep it rolling. Also, I would be interested to see the UGA team hit some adversity against a good opponent and see how they react.

This Sarday Coach Huepel brings his high steppin hounds from Knoxville down to the red clay hills of Athens that's the home of Georgia's largest junk yard guarded by a big Bull dog. Ever body knows dog fightin is illegal but I got a lingering suspicion that the GBI ain't goin to pay no attention to the tussle tween the hedges Sarday. Those who trust that UcheaT is good only do so because they trust that Bama is good. Imo, anyone who gives up 50 points at home is at least questionable. Anyone who scores 50 and loses is the same, imo.
I need to see more out of both Bama and UT before I consider either worthy of honor. Clemson too, we just don't look like a top 4 team but at least we have the resume.

I will be rooting for UT (just can't root for the Dawgs) in this game but have a feeling that UGA will take care of business at home. Regardless of who wins, I am mostly pulling for a lop-sided score to, virtually, eliminate the loser from the CFP.

Georgia's lack of a pass rush will really bite them here (only 10 sacks on the year). Their only chance is to pound the Vols up front and control the clock. You do not want Stetson Bennett engaging in a shootout. Also, if they can force the Vols into some 3rd and long situations that would be huge. Overall though, I do not think this is a good matchup for the Pups.
