I think “Clemson United” is a very original addition…

to our soccer team name. I think it would be pretty cool if the football team was called the “Clemson Tiger Chicago Bears”. This would be another original wrinkle. I’m open to other suggestions, but please don’t suggest something dumb. I’m not in the mood today.

I think it should be, “THE University of The Clemson of THE Tigers of The Barbecue experts with THE better Tea than you have of The Football Team”.
Mostly, because it’s original and not dumb. I’m open to better suggestions (as if that’s possible).

As big as Clemson is on branding, I’ve always been surprised that our men’s soccer team uses Clemson United instead of Clemson Tigers like all our other teams. Minor on the scheme of things but still irritates me.
