The ACC doesn’t tell you that is 4th out of the 5 power conferences. Even the defunct PAC had more. Big12 finished last with only 31 drafted

The defunct PAC was the best conference last year

Good thing FSU brought in all those transfers to pad the ACC draft totals.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Funny FSU had the most draftees (10) (since 15) and didnt make the playoff

Would’ve gotten beaten against Michigan even if they made the playoffs and were at full strength.

Clemson didn’t have a 10 player draft? Wasn’t 2018 a deep class?

So true. ####. I don’t know who was drafted that they recruited out of HS other than JT

Insulting and Shameful...

The intentional omission of timely & consequential information as well as the inclusion of 'filler fluff data' make me feel proud as the reader to be held in such high esteem. Alone, without the conveniently omitted MEANINGFUL info, this wanna be puff piece is relegated to pure filler trash, just meaningless and irrelevant regurgitated data.

That ranks 4th of the 2023 P5

Only better than the Big XII; LAWD they’re past grasping for straws at the ACC office if this is the press they’re churning. Cant wait to play my fiddle while it burns to the ground.

The ACC was 2 behind the PAC and 1 behind

the B10 - 43, 42, 41 - that’s basically a dead heat. The ACC almost always finishes ahead of the PAC. The ACC was up 9 picks from last year while the SEC had its lowest amount since 2018 and the Big10 the lowest since 2019. It was a good year for the ACC in the draft. The only issues with the ACC remain the media contracts and lack of football support by too many of its members.

Why are we trying to carry a banner for the ACC? They were next to last in draft picks and the whole conference is going down the tubes. Half the picks were transfers anyways, something Clemson doesn't do.

You take fsu and Clemson out of the mix and the ACC would have had only 25 drafted.

Take Michigan and PSU out and the Big would be

Apr 28, 2024, 11:14 AM

24. Take Washington and Oregon out and Pac is at 25. See how that works? The fact is the ACC and PAC had much better drafts this year while the SEC and BiG took a step back. But that doesn’t fit this boards narrative. And those pointing to the transfers - I’m not researching but I imagine some of those other conferences had more transfers than the ACC that they are counting and I’m sure some were from ACC schools.

Do the Math. 1+1=2 or sometimes 3, depending on what math you use and what

story you want to say.

Accountants are asked about what numbers mean and they answer back, "What would you like them to mean?".

That’s a great take on numbers. Typically all that matters is who is paying or profiting from them.
