Taking a potential new hire out to lunch. Would you go fancy and

set some kind of high-end precedent or go casual? I chose a burgers and fries kind of place, but thinking maybe I am setting the bar a little too low. Low key, it's a place I wanted to check out and can do so without the kids and on the company dime.
Gonna offer this candidate if this lunch works out alright. Interview over Teams was good.
Thoughts?

just to hire some almost entry-level person to work in this office for a couple years.
Nah, I wanted a lunch that tastes good and isn't a hassle.
Also, it is kinda last-minute. If we hire him on, his welcome lunch will be a bigger deal.

Assuming this isn't a C-suite hire, go casual and local.
