You know what really pisses me off about this entire thing?

I had a brand new f'ing AC Unit installed on 6/28, cost me 4 grand. It's currently 87 degrees in my house. The AC people told me to turn off the unit and wait for them to show up. My nuts are sitting in a puddle of sweat. I'm going to go sit on my bidet and cool off. F' this, life is hard.

Be glad that you are in control of the AC.

I am not, but I was made privy to the repair estimate and it is $6250 or so. Mostly because the AC is in a hole in the ground.

low life owner is going to fix it. All I know is condenser is from the 80s, in a hole in the ground, and dead.
A sales guy said there was only one unit the right size, I am also guessing it is more expensive due to that hole.

What brand?

I am deciding between Bryant and Carrier, which, of course, really makes no difference since they're both owned by United Tech.

I was thinking about what feels good when it's blazing hot..

outside.
I was putting ice into a bottle so I could carry water out to my carport and got one hand cold getting the ice into the bottle and the other hand cold holding it. I ran the bottle full of water and went to take a leak. The iced hands felt so good on my goober I dropped trou and scooped up a double hand full of sak. Now that's how a real man cools off.
