Yea I usually side on the side of an impartial journalist but ### was that dude's deal? We never "became Clemson" last year when our only two losses came against top 10 teams, and then we beat a top 10 LSU team whose only losses came against Alabama and @Florida. Dude comes off like a total #######.
I don't understand why they're giving OK State so much love. They say in their write-up that they have two new coordinators and "a handful of questions". Yet they rank them #6. This isn't a team that finished last year 11-1 or something. Maybe they could make an argument if it was a great team last year, but they went 7-5 and were unranked in both polls. Maybe they know something we don't, but it just seems like a pretty aggressive ranking.

Everyone here claims UGA is weaker this year.

Which is why we will beat them Aug 31. Which is it?

weaker than carolina?

I don't think I've seen that.
Or are you talking about UGA weaker next year than last year? Defensively, yes that would appear to be the case. What's your point?
Just because they're weaker this year than last year, doesn't mean they will be weaker than carolina. Plus, carolina beat UGA the last 2 years and still lost the division. Again, what's your point coot?

Not talking about SCar at all.

People on here think that we (Clemson) will beat them (Georgia) in part because they (Georgia) are weaker than last year. You claim that UGA is stronger- what makes you think that? Why would they (Georgia) be better this year, after losing most of their D?

I said they are stronger than they were 2-3 years ago

you know, like when carolina won the east. I never said they will be stronger this year than last year. It was a pretty general statement, and my point was that carolina won the division because at that time (2010) UGA and UF were not as good as they are now.

Deginitely a lot to do with clowney. We do have a pretty good team around him though. #3 is too high imo but I am not at all surprised at preseason top 10.

#3 South Carolina, and play Florida State in the middle, but we have a "soft schedule," unlike, say, Alabama, which will no doubt open with Towson State and then travel to Blue Mountain State for a week of debauchery before having to grind through Ole Miss and Vanderbilt. Life's so much tougher in the SEC.

Stopped reading after the Ohio State write up:
May 28, 2013, 3:40 PM
|

"It’s easy to go unbeaten when there’s zero pressure"
That's just about the dumbest #### thing I've ever read. It is extremely difficult to go unbeaten. ESPECIALLY when you can't go to the NCG anyway. What a effin ######.

They actually said that? You could just as easily argue that having no pressure makes it harder to go undefeated. Too tempting not to show up every game when nothing is out there to play for.
